Peter Gzowski, CC , LL.D (July 13, 1934 - January 24, 2002) was a Canadian broadcaster, writer and reporter, most famous for his work on the CBC radio show Morningside. He became the giant on the American journalism scene, called 'Mr. Canada' to several. He wrote books, hosted tv show, & worked at the total of newspapers & at ''Maclean's Magazine. These are forecasted that he conducted 27,000 interviews when hikers of Morningside. Gzowski was known for the personably friendly however somewhat gruff at days interviewing style. Biography Gzowski was innate inside Toronto. At a age of half a dozen he moved to Galt, Ontario (now Cambridge) with his mother & step-father. Whilst he was Twenty-eight he became a youngest-ever managing editor of Maclean's'' & became called journalism's "boy wonder." He turned to radio in a early 1970s, hosting the CBC's This Country in the Morning, and late Morningside.
